Orders are prepared within the dispatch window shown at checkout. International transit time varies by destination, carrier and customs.

Tracking is supplied after dispatch. Import duties, taxes and brokerage charges are paid by the recipient unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Submit a request through Client Service within the return window shown for your order. Items must be unworn, unaltered and returned with original packaging unless the request concerns damage or workmanship.

Custom-sized, bespoke and hygiene-sensitive pieces may be eligible for repair or restringing rather than refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection; shipping and duties may be non-refundable.

Natural crystals vary in colour, clarity, inclusions and pattern. These variations are characteristics of the material, not defects. Product photography is representative rather than an exact promise of every stone.

Measurements are approximate. Customers are responsible for selecting a wrist size using the sizing guidance before checkout.

Distance healing is offered for relaxation, reflection and personal ritual. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent illness and is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy or emergency support.

Requested times are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation. Payment secures the confirmed appointment. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are included with confirmation.

We use contact, delivery and order details to fulfil purchases, provide client service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Payment credentials are processed by Stripe or PayPal and are not stored by VITA NOVA.

Operational records may be retained for accounting, dispute resolution and service history. Contact the studio to request access, correction or deletion where applicable law provides that right.

Prices can be viewed and paid in the currency selected on the site. USD remains the store's accounting base. An order is accepted after successful payment confirmation.

We may cancel and refund an order affected by stock error, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions or an obvious pricing error. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer’s country or region.
